  • Mike,
When you see them, please say hi for me and give them my best.
Won't be able to make it this year.

You guys have a great time at the rally, and ride safe.

I expect we'll have over 50 folks. The trip won't be any farther than mine was to XS East. If you can afford the time, it's easy to do three days down and three days back. Come down via the Blue Ridge Parkway. I'm sure you can hook up with somebody along the way. Make and adventure out of it.

Don't forget to order the tee shirt!

You do what you have to do. These bikes are 35+ years old. Sometimes they prove not to be up to the abuse. Properly running and serviced, it should do fine.

Great bunch of XSives buddy. You'll find someone to ride along.

I've made the last 3 and only crashed on one. Won't make it this year though. Getting Lost In The U.P. in a couple weeks. Can't make both rallies.

                    • [QUOTE=MaximPhil;463216]Hi je2wheeler,
The Thursday night will be quiet although you will probably not be alone. I would check with IH if they can feed you or eat before you get there.

Chow is not a problem, I pack several KIND bars and am quite content with these for a couple days. As long as the coffee is hot, strong and black, like my Monster, I good. I plan to get there late Friday afternoon so most likely just have time to kick tires and bench race.

                      • I will be leaving Melbourne FL. on the 19th. Riding up I-95 until I get to Georga and then going up to Myrtle Beach to meet Dave John. Anyone interested in riding along your more than welcome. We will leave Myrtle Beach for Havlock NC and stay for a few days then head to the rally.
