Hey George- I was only a mile away from my storage garage when I went down. I just started the bike in first at every traffic light to get there (three lights).
I have an extra rear turn signal, and I ordered an ignition cover and clutch perch off ebay. Maier fairing will be fixed over the Winter. I'll put my windscreen on till the snow hits.1979 XS1100F

Long awaited Rally Riding
Saturday AM ride: some fog, some sun, no rain so the AM ride to Cashiers NC was good.
Had 5-6 groups taking more or less the same route, but with a few iterations (which is the way it should be).
Groups are now all at Carolina BBQ for some yummy pit smoked NC BBQ.
. the got the pulled pork plate BA80 never got still sitting here waiting for him.
Next is the Blue Ridge Parkway this afternoon. Maybe some pics by tonight.
