Mine I used to love the bobber look, but I'm in the proces of stockpiling parts to bring her back to stock (seat, airbox and rear shocks) and I'm looking for either clubman bars or dare I say clip-ons toying with the idea of a cafe.
You have more pics, especially of the rear of this bike? I like the way you did the seat and fender!
Here's the new gal I picked up this year. After a coat of paint and a little TLC, she is my new around town bike. Now I can leave the fairing on the standard all year and still be able to ride naked when the mood strikes.

That is very close to what we are doing on the XS right now- how did you do the rear sets? REally like them! Bars too- are those the adjustable clubmans?
the 'bars are not quite stock Laverda Jota 'bars - I had to mod them after the last crash by straightening and lengthening the end parts (needed more bar length on the throttle side than a Laverda) I used heavier gauge chromemoly pipe - this turned out to be a *uck up as i've had to machine the weights for the bar end mirrors to fit
The rear sets are "off the shelf" http://www.raask.se/fy40.jpg
My late father was a pattern maker and I had certain expectations regarding finish of castings and so was sadly dissappointed - once I had linished the cast brackets (removing the makers marks in the process) they bolted on, adjusted up and work all without a problem
you will find the Jota bars on the Raask site also but I don't know about quality
