    I havent seen a good thread about everyones bike photos in a while. I don't know how large this thread will be, but I just wanted to see what other peoples bikes looked like. Well here goes:

                      Hey Isippell,
                      Did you paint your saddle bags, or have them done?
                      I've got the same saddle bags and a '78 XS11 fairing I need to paint... what kind of paint was used? How did you "prep" them?
                      Did you use a clear coat over the color? Did you use any pin striping or other graphics?

                      ...I'd like to paint these parts before it starts getting too cold...

                              .. my arsenal [or pile, how ever you want to look at it]
                              most are not as proud as Hobbys bikes as they are in various stages of completion, only 2 of the XSs are in working order at the moment. i have riden the red standard up and down the street before starting the resto on it and the special with the tall seat will become a bobber one day after i get caught up with the other projects. these should keep me busy for a while.
                              .. these pictures were hard to take today, i had to dodge the storm bursts and hury to put the European bikes back in the shop
                              before they melt!
