If I can make at least one person smile, or pee their pants a little, or maybe spit out their drink; then my day is not wasted.
Originally posted by Wildkat to you and Attila... However, now that I have a really nice picture... I will most certainly make certain he makes the cut next year.
The problems I had with this year's calendar were:
1.) getting started too late...
and 2.) I couldn't enough good pictures of great looking bikes...
(the bikes were nice... the pictures weren't great)
You, your knowledge and your bike... all deserve to have a MAJOR place in the calendar....
Will Attila forgive me?
More CC's? Are you going with the 1196 big bore now? or doing something even more Special to him?
You are most kind and Attila is not one to pout and hold grudges and so you are completely forgiven for not making him part of your dirty dozen and yes, I do have something one might call Super Special in the works at Advanced Sleeves in Ohio however it's a little trickier than an off the shelf Wiseco kit which Attila already has. I completely understand the diffulculty in obtaining quality photographs because I'm terrible when it comes to taking good pictures. Since I obtained my digital camera and started downloading the pictures into my computer I seem to be getting better at it and taking lot's of pictures of things when you have it apart is beneficial for future projects. I have your 08 calendar and it's very good with 12 very nice Elevens, of course I never met an Eleven I didn't like.

ok folks..ya have been asking me for photos of the rebel devil....as most of ya know i have her in the garage undergoing some intensive fuel surgery.....i know she is not totally 2gether yet, but thought i would submit the photos as sort of a "before" image so i have something 2 look back at and see my progress...i'm re-doing the carbs now...also have a used new tank, stock shocks, vetter trunk, rear brakes, oil change, and a complete new paint job......the color will be the color of the side covers shown.....had to trade, swindle, and theive to get the side covers and emblems....took 5 purchases to get all the new add on goodies....also looking 2 replace the rear rubber, hand paint the side cover badges, and hopefully clean the engine up some.....i'm hoping she will make a good show....we have a show every wed downtown on main street where everyone shows what they got....hope 2 turn a few heads....make the xs11 gods happy to represent in the 'clem.....will be updating this post as i go along...sorry some of the photos r blurry, but my digital doesn't do great in low lite....also could of been the beer i was drinking, but i don't think so....thanx to all who have given me insight and knowledge to keep this part of history road worthy....ross

Alot of nyce rides!!! (someone from Australia spell "tire" the aussie way)
It's cool to see some other styles of the XS, I have never seen before. Actually I have only seen one other XS, since I bought mine, it was a Special. I have a 81' H, no pics.
Modifications are great! If it has a valve stem cap from a XS, its a XS to me! Just my $0.02.
Then he realized that he liked it so much... that he grew a real one JUST like it!
