I have been tinkering with it on/off for the past couple of weeks, Needed a little bit of TLC and Just put 20 miles on it to test everything out....a little low end bog (below 2-3K), but seems to run strong!! I know it's carbs, it has probably sat a while and they are probably dirty, gummed up....
So far, so good!
Just finished the exhaust paint, oil, filter change, etc....
Here's a pic of the Swiftcicle as he now is. I know it's a pretty ordinary shot but I took it at work and I was in a bit of a hurry. At least you can see my Vetter set up and the red pipes. I'll keep trying until I get it right but I've been promising a pic for soooo very long I thought I'd bite the bullet and post this.

And here I was thinking I had the patent on smartazz in here??
And just to beat you to the DUMBazz comments.... that title fits occasionally too!
Dan, maybe next time try a shot of the LIT side of your bike.. not the shaded side... unless that was the plan so we can't see all the oil streaks and gas puddles. lol.

You can live to be 100, as long as you give up everything that would make you want to live to be 100!

Ohmygawdman, must be tricky trying to ride with handlebars kinked over to the side like that. Have you tried loosening all the pinchbolts, having someone straddle the front wheel to hold it steady, then yanking the bars back to straight?
While we're at it, what the heck did the neighbour's kid jam over your highway pegs?
Those are specially designed broken ankle savers. I bought a kids pool toy, sort of a sword thingee, cut off two 4" bits and drilled holes through the centre. I couldn't ride the bike without them after I broke my leg and I haven't bothered taking them off.
As for the handle bars, you ought to see me laying down donuts!
Soon as I learn how to hold the camera without shaking and soon as there's a good sunny day here I'll wash the bike and take some proper pics.
