    Just get the carbs squared away and get them mounted back up. The bike will run or not run just from there before you have to talk about replacement parts. That is where I would be with it. Best place to start and then once you and your friend hear it run then he can decide what else he wants to spend money on. What kind of shape is the bike in other than the carb problems?

      Parts are ordered. I'll get it running and see where it's at. Looks like he bought it with all 4 needle/seat leaking like a sieve so it's never run good enough to determine other problems. Excessively washed down cylinders is what I'm worried about at this point.
