Been working on the covers and shining up the bolts. Had the idea of buying stainless steel ones but I'm not finding a complete list of measurements for them. I went to a specialty store with my measurements and bought 6 types of bolts, none of them fit. Thread size was too small. Imperial metric, I measured in cm's, the store has inches, man I give up and will just dremmel the existing ones as best I can lolFrame: 79 XS1100S

Alternator Cover is Beautiful
Pablo:
I think your clutch cover is getting jealous.
About the SS bolts:
This post contains a list of the bolt sizes from Crazy Steve:
http://www.xs11.com/forum/showthread...tainless+bolts
I had lots of help from the community deciding to go stainless:
http://www.xs11.com/forum/showthread...ight=stainless
I got my SS bolts online from BoltDepot.com
26 pcs 6mm x 35mm @ $0.29 -> $7.54
26 pcs 6mm x 25mm @ $0.22 -> $5.72
14 pcs 6mm x 20mm @ $0.21 -> $2.94
Total $16.20 + $11.01 shipping (ouch) = $27.21
Don't give up you really want to go SS!-Mike
