    • I got them for less than half price from Guy b g ( thanks by the way, you can see the way they look, getting rid of those rearsets yet? , I have two sets of clubmans waiting for them )
Gonna try to hang on to those...about to start finishing things up on my cafe project.

Wish I didn't have to get rid of the rotors...but I have some nice looking drilled ones to go on...just not as light as those...they look good on your bike though.

That's the fairing mount. I assume there are supposed to be lowers covering it.

            • Yes, you can't see the lenses, in that picture, as your looking a the side, but there are 2 bulbs on each side facing forward.

              A little better shot here:

                Hi Craz,
Oh, those rotors. Got a photo with them lit up at night?
With those lit up it'd only need the trick hydraulics that make the bike jump up and down to have folks mistake you for a Mexican.

                  A little better shot here:

Rotor covers look nice but allow for additional heat to build up in the brake system. Keep an eye on this set up because the XS11 has less then good brakes to start with.

                      • Swapped in the pristine Standard rear fender & light that Andreas sent me.
Again, kudos to Andreas, it's not the first time his parts inventory has helped to keep my machine on the road.
Now that the rear light is moved off the grabrail I can start to build a custom luggage rack.
Alas that the Standard rack & backrest combo that I bought will not fit on my Special without a deal of work.
It'll be going to the Red Deer swapmeet to find a new owner.
Unless some Standard owner here wants it?
Be warned, the mailing charges will inevitably boost the price by ~$50 above a local swapmeet purchase.

So how much do you want for it above and beyond the shipping? The tank would not ne worth it, nut a luggage rack could be. It just depends on what YOU want to get out of it.

                            Hi Cy,
for the rack + backrest, I'd like to see $25. The chrome should come up OK on a polishing wheel but the ~25% of the thing where the chrome is no more would need to be painted.

Hey Fredintoon. When is the Red Deer swap meet coming up anyways. I am in need of a backrest for my standard , I have the rack. I live only about 15 mins out of Red Deer. Mayhaps we could hook up then and have a coffee or adult beverage while you are in the area.
