I installed different handlebar clamps which are sturdier than the ones that come with this shield and the clamps accept the Street Shield mounting rods. This makes a rock solid combination at high speeds and is much more aerodynamic than the Plexi-Star II I used previously and it gave me a solid 5 mph increase on the top end on a still air day and better gas mileage to boot. Obviously you cannot drink a Pepsi and smoke a Marlboro while riding the thing but who cares, I'd rather have the 5 mph.81 Black "1179" Xcessively trick Super Special. One owner (me).

Ok, here are my bikes, Betty, Bonnie, and Bertha. The last two I sold 80sg "the bandit"gone to VA and 80sh midnight "gone to CA".
