        Talking about seats

        New seat on the Merriam


        Above seat is supposed to be on my MNS, but since I've still not even got around to putting the MNS engine back together thought I'd try it on the 79 special.

        Pic of seat that maybe Bob Jones had put on it when they had bike.

              See ya got got a seat like WildKat's gay seat....but with a better cover

              Had a G until few days ago. Same colors but with stock exhaust and seat. (Had planned to replace seat cover but new one I got was junk) and the "temporary" one I put on it was actually a black towel with a "Kats" face embroidered in it. Maybe new owner will join and post a pic

                  BTW - The seat came with the bike and it's really comfortable.

                      That is a plastic coil attached to my disk rotor lock, to remind me that it's installed and I don't go doing anything foolish like driving off with it on.

                            Already answered in the original post (Linked above!) They are "License disc holders) used to show the roadworthyness certificate.

                            We use something similar in the UK for Road Tax Disc.......
