Some of the non-campers (like me will be at the '8'). but $79 is a great price at Allington.
Will have to check it out based on Skids info vs my price at '8'.

    THANKS Skids, great info

Guess so........if you consider 1yr.old a 'young lad'.

The "8" I called and said I could get $75 per night, so they matched it. Either one is good, as they are both 3-4 stars on Yelp. As for location, just a few blocks between them. I just need the bed at 62, and so my snoring doesn't wake up the rest of the world.
motoman, I'll probably be buy with Scott and all, and may drag ekim with me.

Thanks for the 'heads up' Ray. Either you, Scott or whoever else just give us a call a few days prior.

We'll let you know when we know what the heck we're doing!

It's only April and I'm still a little ill from paying taxes this year.

We are all ill from paying taxes. Think of it this way, be grateful we made enough money to have to pay taxes.

I'm grateful I woke up on the right side of the dirt today and tomorrow's looking pretty good too but there's no way that goes for taxes.

Taxes suck and make me want to dress up like an indian and throw a shipload of pro-tax Occupy protestors in the harbor and let 'em occupy the freakin' sea wall.

Well, just got informed via text that my wife expects me to fly to Colorado, rent or borrow a bike for the rally! I've not talked to her yet, but I'm NOT HAPPY! I'll still be there, just not sure if I'll be flying or single......
This is all thanks to the idiot that totaled my BMW back in November. His insurance is going to pay for this!!!

                          Wow, Ray... that's harsh!

Doesn't she know that your Concours is called a "SuperSportsTourer"?
It's a great mile eater... made for long trips!

I'd remind her that statistacally speaking, risk is about the same for a car, plane, or bike... (Even if it might not be accurate... Lol...)

Man! That sucks when momma won't let you ride your bike to a rally!
                          (Says the divorced friend...)

Surely she's just yankin yer chain... right?

Hope she changes her mind, unless you can trailer it?

You are definitely gonna want to ride that Connie in the Rockies! Nothing like it.

I have decided that after this rally, I am going to continue on west and visit my parents in Idaho. I will stay the week there then head home the next weekend. I am thinking that maybe I might spring for a hotel instead of packing all the camping gear along for all those extra days. Of the two hotels, is there a favorite? One that most of you all are in vs the other?
