soccer, psycho: I've reserved the group site again this year to ensure there's no hassle for anyone.

Are you going to reserve your own site or use the group site? It's only a couple of bucks less per night for the whole site but unlike the Yosemite KOA there was absolutely no problem last year!

I reserved my own site, SWMBO and my son might be tagging along and I didn't want to hog to much of the "group" space.
      1979 xs1100 Special -
Stock air box/K&N Filter, MAC 4-2 exhaust, Bad-Boy Air horn, TC fuse box, Windshield, Soft bags, Vetter Fairing, Blinkers->Run/Turn/Brake Lights, Headlight Modulator, hard wire GPS power

Short Stack - 1981 xs1100 Standard - lowered for SWMBO.

Yep, knocks down tents and rattles sleeping birds right out of their trees!

Fortunately for me the only kind of real hog that's ever shown up is bacon slices and sausage patties!

                  Looks like

Maybe I'll be able to make it after all. Does anyone know which Motel 6 is closer to the KOA, Ataskadero or Paso Robles?
