    • "Sadly, no go."

While I've got my full range of movement back... I still can't hold my arm out unsupported... nor will it allow any pushing or pulling (as in... handlebars)
Motorcycle lift, Digital carb synch, etc, will still be available prior to, and after the ride if needed.

      • Prom,

Come visit us on Friday evening

        Tony,

The day we get to Coos Bay, depends on if folk want to spend two night in Lakeview or Coos Bay. I recommend we spend our 2 night in Coos Bay. I would like to do the day ride at Coos Bay.

        Everyone,

Please ready back where I talk about the Lakeview/CoosBay change and day ride. We need to make a collective decision on this one. Otherwise, I will make it and we will be only spending one day in Lakeview.

                • OK, 1 night in Lakeview, 2 nights in Coos Bay it is. The loop is worth it.

                  • verifying location

Hello, I just got my Bike up and running and I want to join all of you. I need to verify you will be pulling into Thompson fall Sunday night and staying Monday? I am from Spokane and that would be a great place to join up with you all. Please let me know I would hate to miss this.

                    • Welcome aboard JdMcKinsey.

Hey KenClark, still plan on joining in?

We are down to a week away from launching this adventure. I am starting to get the traveling jitters. I am ready to get this thing on the road. We will be calling the shots as we go. I will try to post to the forum from my cell at each of our stops.

Not sure when we will arrive at any of our destinations. If I had to guess, I would say around 5:00pm. I will post my cell number before I leave so riders can call or text for time and place.

Here is our latest route map with days and mileage.

                      • Early Tuesday morning (8/12) I am headed for the Black Hills and then Yellowstone. If I have the time I hope to ride over and meet up with you at Fruitland on 8/19. Then on 8/20 I would ride we you down to point 26 on your route. There I will split off, hit I80, and head home. I won’t have accesses to a computer so I won’t be able to keep track of how things are going. Could someone PM me a cell phone number that I could call when I get ready to head out that way?

                        Thanks,

                        • meeting

                          Hi PNW XSives,

I am planning to join in on the last part of this rally. I XSpect to meet y'all at (optimistically Lakeview) likely at Coose Bay. I should be able to catch up to you. Like Bob, I do not pack a computer.
Could someone PM me a cell phone number that I could call when I get ready to head out that way? Also an answering machime or voice mail stating date & your location could help.

                          Looking forward to meeting y'all.

                          Thanks,

                          • Joining you on Day 1 and 2 ?

Hey Dennyz and all, this is so exciting.

I read about the rally when you first stated to plan it, and just now came back to the thread to see how it all came together, because there was a chance that I could make it to show.
I hope to join you on the 16th: Early Saturday morning I will be coming over the border from Canada in Sumas,WA
I see on the map the yellow numbers1-16, but I cannot make out the route between point 11-15 because it is behind the "Day 1 412mi" indicator. I am guessing that the route is the #530 Arlinton-Darrington-to Rockport? Maybe I can join you along that stretch. Any schedules times for that section?
I am so looking forward to meeting you and ride along to Osoyoos or even into Idaho.
I will be great to add some faces to your names, and to be able to thank you for all your help to get my bike restore projects up and running well.

                            Cheers, Jürgen

                            • Day 1 route

Reading some more of the previous postings, I see that you considered the route on day 1 to go through Verlot -Silverton. Has that been decided now to be the route?
Hope to call or text you on Saturday, to connect to you somewhere around Darrington by Mt Baker.....
