I wouldn't think the screw it's self would be the issue both calipers act the same way.... i can pull or push as much fluid OUT the bleeder screws as I want to...just cant push any INTO the bleeder screws and they are open 3/4 turn....that's why i'm thinking what would cause this no fluid in condition?????

The bleeder port is blocked/plugged.

It's possible the piston's sticking too but that wouldn't block the bleeder port or the brake line port. The bleeder and the brake line ports are just two holes on different sides of the brake fluid chamber in the caliper, it doesn't matter where the piston sits in the chamber.

Yes used the vacuum bleeder also.... I can pull and push the fluid down from MC but not even a drop up from bleeder.... Would this be an indication that the calipers may be sticking slightly open and stopping the reverse bleeding action?? Thinking out load...

Vacuum bleeder from HF helps a LOT! Keep the MC almost full, and pump the fluid down from the MC to the caliper.

Weird fluid flows down just fine but won't flow up just as easy....

Sometimes air can get stuck at the splitter. Try cracking it open. Also, pre-purge the MC by putting your finger over the hole and grab the handle a few times till the pressure builds and spits the fluid.

I wasn't sure if plunger was to be depressed or not did both ways still no fluid will rise up to MC.... I have opened the bleeders one at a time and pumped at least 4 fluid fills of MC down through the calipers and still have soft handle... so getting fluid from MC through caliper and out bleeder... but not through bleeder to MC

Your post is a little confusing. Reverse bleeding does not consist of depressing the lever. You push the fluid upto the MC from the caliper, pushing the air to the surface. Close the bleeder, then do the other caliper. After all done, tie-up the handle overnight.

My front calipers will not reverse bleed..... bleeder screw 3/4 open and MC plunger depressed but no movement of brake fluid.... 1st time using this method.....Is this indicating failure else where in the system?

Mack offered this answer...

On the plunger close to the pointy end you'll see a flange with holes in it. The little washer goes against that and the thinner of the rubber gaskets goes against the washer. Make sure the middle gasket is installed first, it's the thicker of the two and ensure the larger diameter is facing the pointy tip. The little metal nipple goes over the end, then you put the narrow end of the spring on the metal nipple. Coat the M/C bore and rubber gaskets with brake fluid before assembly into the bore to lubricate. Insert then install horseshoe clip then c-clip then rubber boot.

Still looking for an answer to where the washer (bottom left corner goes) couldn't find it in tear down of rear master brake.....
Anyone????
