    Seat pad

I was just looking at those seat pads, it must work or you would not have it on there.
Just to verify if you don't mind, how does it improve the ride ?
    Worth the money ?

I think the pad's worth the money.

The pad adds some minor, uh, padding, and keeps you from sliding around on the seat while you ride. It keeps your legs and posterior and other parts off of the vinyl seat cover to let a little air circulate. The pad also keeps the seat from getting up to thirteen-million degrees when you park in the sun and cooking you when you think you're going to leave.

I've worn out a dozen of those. Wouldn't leave home without it.

They are made to fit ATVs but work well on the bike. Doesn't take long for them to conform to the seat.

I have the straps under the seat zip tied to the frame and just in buckle them to remove the seat. Pretty sure the straps there at from the first one, I just buckle on a new one when the old one wears out.

Wally World gots lots of them Howard. Actually, Scott got the one you see in pic while here at my place three yrs. back, IIRC. In fact, I had one on my ST and one on my Venturer which has the Corbin seat.

Coleman Maddog saddle bags from Amazon just showed up at my door, UPS. I'm hanging them on Dark Horse and like them so far.
I looked up your Coleman seat pad, 16x10x3" at Walmart and found an ATV pad that looks like it's made the same, 24x14", does not give height but bigger than the Coleman. Made by Northeast Harbor sold by KapscoMoto through Walmart $15. Went and ordered a somewhat matching fork bag while I was at it.
I'm going to cut my sheepskin seat cover I had on my K100LT. It will go over the ATV pad that goes over the front strap of the bags. The bags front strap crosses over the seat right where the back of my butt perch is on the seat.

Gene, the rubber looks great! Did you score some actual 3H5 footrest covers or are they from a different model?

I switched over to XJ11 footpegs on my '80G (3H5) because the original rubber was toasted and there were no more replacements.

I got them on eBay. Material feels good and they look good. I used a little WD and they slipped right on. I still see them on there for $27.50 free shipping.
