Larry, unless someone can share a tent site and fees and we all go on our merry on Sunday I'll need both of those dates and the 13th for three nights, total: Friday to Sunday.

it will be for friday and saturday thank you.
i am in the phone book under Winans if you need to call.

        Nice meeting you also.

At this point in time I have sent a PM to tw1980 about the site for his RV, there are only 5 sites available that will except it. Once we determine which site he will be in, we can all gather around him as there are plenty of sites available for tents. It looks like the best way for everyone to do this is to reserve your own campsite on-line. I will post a list of the sites to choose from and the link where you can reserve them. After you make the reservation you can print out a paper that will expedite the check-in process when you get to the park. This way there shouldn't be any problems with who's name the reservations are in, and the reservation process requires some details about your group and vehicles that I don't have. Also you won't have to send me any money.

Knowing which sites to reserve would help a lot. Being way apart is not as much convenience. Still don't know for sure what i am supposed to pack, but i'll pack what i think, and the store can furnish what i didn't know i needed. LOL

Added note: I am thinking of taking HWY99 down to Salem. I don't feel comfortable on the freeway yet. Anyone know how much longer the ride is to Salem via HWY99 from Vancouver, WA.?

I will post the list of campsites as soon as I know which ones we want. You said that you would be arriving Friday, do you still want to share a site on Saturday?

Google maps says from Vancouver, WA to Salem, OR is 59.1 miles / 1 hours 4 mins via I-5. It is still 59.1 miles, but it's 1 hour 53 mins if you avoid the highways.

You will want to get either C25 or A31, go to the following web site to reserve it. If you want hookups get C6 or C8.

Excellent, will be nice to have you there.

Today tw1980 will be reserving site C25, so that will mean that everyone else will want to reserve one of the following campsites.

C21, C22, C23, C24, C26 and C27. If we need more sites go with C28, C29 or C19. If anyone needs hookups then C8 is still available. You can place your reservations at the following link or by calling 800-452-5687 Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm.
