Are you guys better with a July 26/27/28 rally? We might be able to hook up with John's crew and escort them north for a bit.

        Sounds good LoHo

Howdy LoHo,,,,the dates sound good at the end of July, I will be there, and its plenty of time for the crew to figure out how to cruise through and meet up with you Central Cal guys. Hope it doesnt mess up your anniversary plans? So, hope John sees this and we can plan to ride the posse up through Santa Margarita or Santa Cruz that thurs evening, friday for a rally there. Hope Special Ed and you get the Bitxxs going soon. Maybe give Diveray or Scott a call, they are great mechanics for fixing your bike. I think there is a KOA in Santa Cruz which could also be a great spot for the rally, it sounds like Jerry, Johns crew from Texas, you? and others that do not get to see the Ocean want to be as close as possible to it. I am spoiled since its a quick jaunt over to surf it.Anyway, enjoy these last days of vacation-saneness, before the insanity............Mike in Sun DIego

Late July would work for me. I would like to go north during / after the rally, as I was born in Mt. Shasta and would like to see the old home town. Could get up as far as Portland and visit my daughter but that is about as far north as I could get. From Portland I would have to head east (through the Columbia Gorge) back toward Colorado.

It sounds great to me just need to figure out the dates and distances but would defiantly love to go as far as Portland. That way I can stop and visit my nephews who live in Vancouver WA but not sure if I can spend the time to go any further. It'll be great to see everyone again especially since I missed the one in 2011 and it'll push me to get my bike back together after the slight disagreement with the side of the mountain from the last trip up north!!

Dunno - I plan to be heading north thru the Central Coast region up to Half Moon Bay and across the Golden Gate to Sacramento on Friday 7/26 - all are welcome to come join.

Soccer4m will be coming up with me & my boys from San Diego thursday 7/25 and the plan is to camp near Solvang or Santa Maria area thursday. I need to nail down a specific target.

We can plan to ride around Sacramento area (maybe Auburn?) Saturday for a couple hours - lunch meet perhaps - I have family there and need to light and stop to visit.

We will be leaving northern CA for Oregon and points north on Sunday.

July 26/27/28 were mentioned in post #17. If those don't work, I can move up a couple of weeks, but later is a problem.

It's about time to confirm some names...feel free. I'll make my ressie in a minute.

Is anyone interested in spending part of Saturday as a bike clinic? I have a ColourTune we could use and I can bring some tools. There's a ton of XS knowledge in our little band.

I have requested Cabin 23 at the Santa Margarita Lake KOA for July 26/27/28, if tenters want to park it in that region.

                            dates

Howdy LoHo,,,,is the Btch running?? Anyway, a few of us will be coming up your way, Me, Tom, the crew from Texas as they are swinging by Sun DIego. I havent heard from Scott in months, no response from the site so I am assuming unless someone can get ahold of him he is out. Garth sold his bike, I will check to see if he has another. SO count on about five of us coming up from Sun Diego for that weekend. See ya, Mike,,,,summer is coming

Say mike, does the timing for thr Texas Bunch work with our dates? Their timing seemed more fluid, but if they have some flex in their schedule, having them in camp for a day would be cool.

Tkat doesn't monitor this list, and I haven't heard from Ralph in some time. I'll try for Tkat, Ray, and Special Ed.
