tenatively ...
Ralph,
Believe me, if I hadn't committed to my Arizona bud first I'd be solid. I've seen the Grand Canyon. Now anyone that knows me knows my nose points West anytime the words "vacation" or "rally" ring.
But I did enjoy lall the folks I met in West Virginia - everyone was great. Just super folks. Wish I could've had more time to chat with everyone. And Gary and Deanna are dear friends. So it will have to be an absolute overbook to keep me away. Just have to see when the rally dates wind up being.
Very best to all future attendees!

) and I have been off work ever since. And like many other XS-XJ owners, the XJ is gone and replaced with a Yamaha Majesty 400 scooter. Yes, it does not have the " oh my god " burst of speed when you twist the throttle like the XJ but it will do 100 mph on the highway and is very comfortable on long trips. I went to Laconia on it this past June with Bruce and a buddy (David) from work on his '80 Kawasaki 1000. David and I made it but Bruce turned back on the first day due to mechanical woes with his '78 XS. I even took the scooter up Mt Washington.
