Looks like Bohn Fraser and I are going to hit this one. Better go kill another cow...

We'll stop at Bob Falters in Iowa that Thursday and ride up Friday.

        Nate,

There are several of the Rustic Roads in this area but all of them are gravel roads, most of what we will be on are actually more "rustic" than the ones named that way.

        Tod, Bohn,
Good to hear, will be looking forward to seeing you both!!

If there are more than three bolts holding it on there, it is most likely a very important part!

I need to get a pic by 25 of those rustic road signs with my bike before I move out of this state. So anytime I see one of the roads I try and find the numbered starting sign.

I have checked the maps and we will actually be on or going right by three of the rustic roads and not too far from a fourth. There are at least two or three more of them right close to me here that are not on the planned route but are within easy riding from here.

LMAO... Reminds me of Brent. He came to Oklahoma and told us that to get some special patch on his vest, he had to have a picture of himself and his bike next to a fire department. He had to have one where the fire departments name started with each letter of the alphabet.. so he needed 26 pics. He was in Stillwater, OK and we asked if he had an "S" picture yet. He said no.. so we back tracked through town and found the local fire department.. and we got his smiley self a good pic. He was about to mount back up and I asked him, "How many letters do you have so far?" He said, "S".. and rode off.

I remember that trip, we stopped alot to take Brent's portrait in front of a bunch of fire stations in Ar.

Several times the whole group had to turn around and go back to one we had blown past.
