Just to let you all know, the full compliment of 22 reservoir kits has been paid for. I will order them today. My original order took two weeks to reach me, so please allow three weeks for delivery.

Thanks to all of you who made this possible for the group.

              ?

              Floyd,

There was a limited number (22) of these reservoirs available.

If you were not in the original group that ordered and paid for them, I'm sorry to say, you are out of luck. There are no more avaiable.

Perhaps someone who ordered more than one will help you?

                All paid for?

                Randy-

I had asked to reserve one but my payday isn't until this coming tuesday. You said they've all been paid for... Did the one I reserved get sold to someone else?

For all of you waiting, I just got word that the kits have shipped form the supplier, so you're about 2 weeks away from recieving yours. I'll post again when they hit my doorstep.

                          Rover,

You may still be able to get one from soemone who ordered multiple kits. Post a request.

I think I was more than clear about this being a first-come-first-served process.

                          AND

That I was not going to lay out any funds for this, all the kits had to be paid for before I could order them from the supplier.

Everyone involved was treated the same. Others got frozen out too, for various reasons. You had ample time to reserve yours, but your payment was recieved 3 days after the kits sold out.
Should I have laid out $78 for you?

I'd rather not leave this matter open. Please remind me of the favor you did for me and I will gladly return the part, IIRC, it was a RLU, right?

                          Randy

                            Don't feel too bad, Rover.

I was the third to reserve one, then it got sold out from under me before payday, less than a week after the whole deal was offered to us. I also wasn't aware that, even by requesting to reserve one, it would still be sold before my payday. You win some, you lose some. Maybe we'll find another supply elsewhere.

                              Master cylinder

There is a recently rebuilt master cyl on ebay right now. It is from a XS750, but is probably the same P/N as the Xs11. It has a buy it now price of $30. Many parts are interchangeable between these models. There may be a wealth of items that are in the xs750-850 listings that will fit the 1100's.

                                The 750 and 1100 M/C are the same part#
