Love those tires. Wish they made a dual sport for the Special's 16" rear.

How you going to cap off your frame?

This bike wouldn't look right with the sixteen inch rear wheel.

Once you remove all the stuff from the back of a Special, the stock rear wheel starts looking goofy small, IMHO. The larger wheel gives a better balanced appearance. I look forward to seeing pics of this bike fully assembled.

I meant that I have a special with the 16" and would like that tread. Would go nicely because I have a tracker'ish style to my bike. I like the 16" look so not interested in swapping for a 17".

Sorry, I didn't mean to suggest you should. I'm referring to the bike in the photos with the bobbed back end. I'm keeping the sixteen on my Special, too!

I love the clunky look in these tires. Also love the clunky look of square gauges. I lower mine 1 1/4 with spacers.

Choose your tire brand carefully going forward. Some of them will no longer fit.
