So this one would work right? Off of a 2004, its $12.95 with free expedited shipping and does have a 14 day return policy.

They're a bit basic. Many models have non-adjustable damping and only 5 spring positions.

Yep that one should be fine. Youll have to grind or file the top hole towards the center of the unit just a little. Some people use files, I used a small grinding bit on a Dremmel.

So, what does the fork brace do for ya? I see that most of you have it on your list. I have only been riding mine for a couple of months now.

                      Stabilizes front fork flex.

Go high speed into a leaning turn and waviness in the road can lead to serious wobble due to flexy forks. This can be worsened when bike is loaded, two up or with gear.

If you don't go over 50 mph around town you won't notice the difference.

Yes. The fork tubes are flexi. If you don't ride hard, you may not notice any difference after installing a fork brace. The stock suspension is very soft and that hides some of the flexible fork issue. At least, that's how I see it and I'm a nobody. I put new custom wound straight rate springs and Gold Valve emulators in my forks. That made it very evident that the forks flex a lot. I can actually see it. The fork brace helps a lot, but is not a cure. After the other fork modifications, the brace becomes more of a necessity.

                            upgrades/replica fuse block

Hi folks! I came up with a niffty replacement for the stock fuse block. It will fit into the stock box and use the same or longer glass fuses. It doesn't look any different than the original with the outside cover on. If anyone wants to see the photos of this item write to me at my personal E-mail address.

And where to get these parts? Off of ebay for the carbs? Would the ZRX1200s need to be rejetted?
