    Da-baby

Yeah carb issues suck (or don't, that's the enigma). I am going to copy-cat the velcro seat Idea from you so I can still be able to remove my cowl seat with 1-bolt as I have it....Who upholstered your seat?....Congrats to you an your lady on your new addition, BTW. When we meet up you can tell your girl that we're goin' on a SIMILAC run....Chop

      Chop,
Here is a link to just one source. There should be more available to you. You can try the local dive shop, and see if they have some neoprene in stock that you can buy per square foot.

        Chop,

A man named Steve Owens built my seat for me. He is off of Shartel and 89th. I'll PM you his number if you want to give him a shout. He was very reasonably priced considering all the molding work he did for me plus using two different types of vinyl. I assume you're just wanting a little flat seat to fit into your new crotch-rocket body work! He should do it really cheap.

        See ya,

I sent you his info. I think he still has some of that perforated material left. Yours won't need much!

I'd like to nominate Oklahoma as the State with the best modded XS11's. With Audi making VA a close second place contender!

                some final details

Haven't got a chance to go to the machine shop to make another billet airbox, so I had an extra ZRX11 airbox and modded one to fit the XS11, used a K@N filter from an old XS11 airbox and cut it down and re-glued using polyurethane sealant, works like a charm....Trbig came over and schooled me on it running rich so I drilled a few more holes into the cover and what ya know, Plugs are TAN again after a morning ride.....

Can lean alot more since cutting 1" out of the down pipes and rewelding, chrome is fried so will use my favorite color (Flat Black) or header wrap....

A trip to the bike shop and a $75 lighter wallet and I have a very comfortable GEL seat (works better backwards and keeps the ARSE locked in)....

I can see the PO-PO's alot easier now with the convex bike mirror (real glass)...

And last, but most important, A programmable digital speedo (km/ph or mph) with all the bells and whistles if you are a short commuter or a long hauler....looks like my last ride took me a little over 150 miles....

looks to me like 'the boys' would be secure during those high-speed maneuvers.

                          R1 rotors

SCAPPOD "I just got my r-1 front wheel and I really like it. Did you tell me that the r-1 rotors will fit the xs fork???"....
What year is the wheel from? I would get the tri-spoke wheel year to match your ZRX rear , but they will all bolt into the XS forks, then you'll have to make some brackets to convert to the R1 calipers....
