    To figure whatever setup you have from where I am at would be hard to do. I know that from the left side pivot edge of the xs1100 swing-arm to wheel centerline is 5 5/8 inch. from this you can figure out your setup...

        thanks project. I didn't see the very last page... The outter bearing that will hold the shaft will be the exact size as the stock inner bearing on my housing....

          (or at least it still looks like the XS motor)
          it has about 50% of the frame left from the XS bike

            How about something like this?



            Based on a 25mm thick version for one of my projects.

            It's done in Inventor 2011 as a .ipt file and I've exported it into a .dwfx.
