    Frustrating!

    As a replacement for the XS11, the XJR1300 is the bike to own, and it would be my first choice ...

    But there's just one slight problem ... it's not available to us here in the USA!!

      blows me away to think that even after all the yrs the XJR1300 has been available in other countries...they have never brought it here...

            its been that way since it was released as its own model...I have had that pic since 2007 on my desktop...afterall the history of the XS11 here to begin with and yet we dont get this one?...About the only way to gwt one would be to import it yourself and i'm not even sure what that involves or even if its possible...

              We have the FJR Tom. Pretty much the same bike. 145hp inline 4 and detachable luggage. Ivan is on his second one.

                  I dream about the XJR, too ... and I'm sure that most everyone on the Forum knows it's unavailable here.

                  I posted the info just in case a newer member was unaware of that fact ... but mostly I posted to vent my frustration with Yamaha for not giving us the XJR.

                            a friend of mine locally just went out to Colorado (fly n ride) and brought this home a 2013 Moto Guzzi Stelvio 1200 NTX...awesome machine...

                              I see it has the Euro turn signal conversion and replacement driving lights. Both are nearly necessary modifications.

                                Honda CBF1100 - $11,000

                                It may have been posted and I missed it but IF I was gonna buy a NEW bike this would be it. (Since Yamaha doesn't offer anything like it and I do not like v-twins.)



                                I'm not sure if this is an accurate photo of the USA model but I think it is. They had one at the local dealer and I got pretty close to buying it...

                                Just couldn't take the price tag of $10,500 for the standard and $11,000 for the "Deluxe". I think the only difference was a color option and ABS.
