Well glad he was on the ST and not the Bentley.....STs are a dime a dozen comparetively speaking so they are more expendable...no so much an '81 Venturer

Yes, true. But his ST was a good runner, and I know how much he loved it.

He was telling me his Venturer needs some work, and had sat for a while.

His ST was his trip/touring bike.

I just hate it happened to him.

although I havent seen it yet Bob...I do believe something good will come of this awful experience...Yes Brant most likely will want another ST1100 to take the brunt of useage from the Bentley...I dont know how long it will be but I am certain Brant has the will and the want to get back on 2 wheels...so he'll want another ST as well...and I know Brant well enough to know he is a fighter and stubborn to the core ...he aint a quitter and I am sure he will be back on an ST within the forseeable future....

Bite your tongue!! This is the second time down on the ST. Been down twice in his life and both times on the same ST. It tried to kill him. Maybe get him a Hardly...they never run anyway and he could use the project to keep him busy.

not knowing the extent of damage i was assuming the ST was totaled..if he can rebuild it then hell yeah thats in kind with his spirit...stubborn and not dead yet...LOL Thank the good Lord...Amen
