Rehab
Please keep up with the exercises rehab gives you, it's a bitch but needed.
The wife had knee replacement and that was almost a year ago she still does the exercises helps very much. I'm tough I can do it with working on bikes, guess not, now need to start over with the exercises, full time not just when I feel like it.
LUCK TO YOU ! Don'e76 XS650 C ROADSTER

Brant
He was moved to the Neuro floor today from intermediate care. Physically, doing much better. He was very confused after the move. He called me tonight to tell me to bring him his pistol. NOT!!!!
More later,

Anita,
Move and make sure the pistol is unloaded BEFORE he gets home! It should NOT be around for a couple of months, so you know he is back to normal. It does seem he is recovering well, and Penny and I are happy to read about that! Tell him ray said he now needs another photo from the Bixby Bridge, on his replacement bike!Ray Matteis

He sure looks better
Than that first picture with all the plumbing hooked up, he actually has good color and seems like he's making great progress.
I wish him a speedy recovery and his return to the forum.79 SF & 80 LG MNS

impatient Patient?
Hi Moto family,
Looking for words of encouragement here...
Confused?? Sounds like Brant has had some lucid thoughts, formed a plan to escape and attempted some rational steps to achieve that goal. Many good signs. The long grind, slow progress that drags on & on can really wear you down. Use up all patience...(has patience ever been Brant's long suit??) Take care of yourselves.
One problem with being smart is that you can think "wellness, strong...healed" "out 'o here" SO much faster than you can get well.
Wishing Y'all well, Looking for more reports, and extending some sympathy during this long & difficult time.It is a great big beautiful world out there

Brant
Soooooooooooooooooooooo glad your back with us. Missed you. I know your frustrated and psiised off right now, but the coin has two sides, your alive and still kickin. It will all get better but it takes time. You kind of heal from the inside out, but while the outside looks good, the inside takes a little longer. Patience my friend, patience. Always , Be, Cool. Listen to the doctors and Anita, right now they have the bars, your going to be a passenger for a while here but trust them, they'll get you home safe!mack

Phone call!
I got a phone call earlier today from Brant!
We talked about motocross and setting up a race sometime and he sounds really good, a little different but good! I was covered in oil and cylinder hone grit at the time so it was sort of a surprise but I've been totally stoked all afternoon -- Brant's doing great!

Yeah, XJOK2PLAY said he talked to him also and he was stuck on the motocross thing too.
But then, you know Brant. Once he gets an Idea in his head there's no talking him out of it.
Sounds like he's on his way back to normal.Greg
