Today: Changed the rear diff oil, chekced the middle drive oil, set tire pressures, and went on a 95mph spin.

All that's left now is to clean the air cleaner. Later on I will have to replace the tires again.
Nice day, if it doesn't rain...

          For starters,

Installed some LED taillights. Now my headlight doesn't dim on idle when I use the brakes!

Next month I'll change out the front blinkers/running lights.

Bought some gear oil. Change that out sometime in the next week or so.

drake, remember you'll have to switch out your stock flasher for an electronic one if you haven't already, and you'll lose the self cancel feature.

I got a new used (stock) headlight bucket for my 81, now I can put all the wires inside where they won't be subject to all the weather, I also got a 16" rear rim for it, SWMBO want's to be able to touch the ground with both feet when she rides, and if I go with the 16" special rim and a 120/80/16 tire that should drop the back end a bit more then an inch.

That's right. Maybe I'll wait until my stock flasher dies before making that switch. I can still do the running lights though. As far as I'm concerned, more power to the headlight, the better.
