Yeah. I love em. I got em at the easyriders swap meet here last year for $40. They are Willie+Max just a basic throw over. I had to make some brackets to keep em out of my wheel.
The thing I really like about em is that there is a plastic insert so that they keep shape even when empty.

Originally posted by XMRGWX Here is a few pics of my old load (if I did this right). I bought it new in spring 79. The 11's been the most reliable bike i've ever had, 164,000 and still running strong. It's been to all 50 states but 5 ( Hi. & AK. in the bag) and 7 Canadian provinces. I just found this site recently and it's great to see so many restoring and riding XS11's.

well, ain't nothin' keeping ya from Alaska- that is the hot ride these days- come on up- I will show you the sites!
I've stuck my photos up a couple of times so I hope know one minds that I do it again. Pulled it out after 21 yrs tank needs paint so while that is being done I had to go with a custom tank in order to fire it up. She sputtered some then came to life ahh the beast lives, runs better than I thought she would. Needs some TLC but she sounds strong. Only 11500 miles on her.

Here's my baby, XS 1100E. I have had it 15 years. Made several modifications to improve handling, ride, and comfort. Will post modifcation list in the future. If anyone is interested.
Beautiful full dresser there!! I'm sure lots of folks would be interested in hearing about your handling mods!

My 81 XS1100 SH. It's a bit of a beater, notice the dent in the tank from the previous owner dropping it in his garage. Can't complain for $200 though.
