      Future ride

Sounds good Garth, just call and we can get the North County XS crew notified. Maybe a desert run, or a run up to Julian? After Super Bowl would be good for me. So, keep the XS going and give us a ring soon, maybe call the Guru himself, Planedick. good seeing you at the buffet run....Mike 7605258565

            After the rain quits...

or not. I have good, warm, gear that didn't leak in the rain on the way back from Arizona. Painted lines and arrows get a little spooky when the hail hit but that's all part of the fun of riding, right?

                  Damn weather...

If it would ever thaw out up here, I'd be up for ANY riding.

Had the flu all this weekend.

I just got a bunch of parts (thank you, Andreas!) and I'd like to go for a ride before committing Seppuk^W the ceremonial splitting of the engine cases.

                    Even my hair hurts.

Good work, Garth! Now ... I have to get my bike put back together.

I'm still waiting for parts. So far, the only place I've found that hasn't played hide-and-seek with my order, their parts and my credit card is N.W Vintage Cycle Parts. If they have a part listed it's there, in stock, ready to go. If it's not listed, they don't have it. Yeah, yeah, I know, that takes all of the fun, mystery and suspense out of it!

                              Dusty!

The swingarm driveshaft --> final drive gear coupler was dry or
the final drive --> rear wheel coupler?

I had to grease both of them a couple of times. They just don't seem to want to stay greased.
