    TWO

I just finished getting the bikes ready for the trip. New clutch, all fluids and I finally got around to putting in the Progressive springs. WOW what a difference. I was saving them for the 79 that I'm completely redoing but decided that it was more important for this trip.

My group is staying at trailer 2 over at the airport. If someone needs some floor space let me know.

My son and a friend and myself will be there sometime Friday evening.

    Se ya'll there!

          Made it home also!

          Hey there folks,

I, too, made it home safely after about 10hours. When I went to my SUV to leave this morning well before sunrise, I looked up at the sky, and was just totally amazed at the clarity of the view, as well as the intenseness of the stars brightness. I hadn't seen the sky that black in decades, just too much light pollution where I'm at!!

Gary and Bruce probably won't be checking in for several more days, they get to run the mountains for almost a whole week before they have to return to NY and NJ!! I don't blame them, since they will have to put their bikes away once they get home, where as most of us from the southern contingency can ride almost all year round! I guess it's a fair enough trade!

Yes it was great to see many of the Xsives there, a fun time even if it was too short! I will have to take more time off next year!
          See you then!!

Just checked out the pics. I'll bet there were a lot of good roads for just puttin'. Looks like a lot of older bikes there. What was the bike that was near the riverbank? Couldn't quite tell what it was. Maybe an old TX750?

Thanks to everyone who attended the rally and made it another success. It's always great to see everyone again! And thanks to Rob & Gary for helping organize it (hopefully Rob will actually get to ride next year!).

I believe it was an XS400.
