          Casadeas Quesadeas... I KNEW that didn't look right when I wrote it. I even did a check on Yahoo and a ton of recipes came up for "Casadeas" so I figured it was right.. even if it didn't LOOK right. WRONG!!

                                Tod, I won't be able to make it. I wanted to go and planned to go but it's not going to happen. At this point I'll be lucky if I can make the Santa Margarita Rally 200 miles up the coast.
