yes all required is Leather jacket' leather gloves and boots above ankles' No oil pouring out and working brakes. Camp ground i'm thinking is Called Happy Acres ,and they do also have pull throughs and waste dumping capabilities. I will know more on dates this weekend when i talk to the track peeps. Has to be on a fun racing weekend. And non other XS-XJ weekend. Other than those two critiria i'm game for any time that is most convieneant for the group as a hole. I think this track is an IHRA now they were NHRA a few years ago. They are local tech is not real bad. And i live aprox 20-25 miles from track,i also plan on having swmbo bring the truck and tools and grills and camping ..stuff.

thats cool chevy sounding better by the day i tried to get in touch with my dad yesterday if he wants to come to the event with me and havent talked to him yet but i am going to try to get his pop up trailer for the weekend and have the wife bring it up if she comes or i will be trailering the beast up there

my bro lives aprox same distance in other direction i'm sure he would let me use his pop up if i asked. will sleep 3 guys or couples. If there is an interest you fight over the fee's and bunks...lol

that looks like a good place to camp but use guys bringing travel trailers and not camping in a tent will be away from all the other xs guys but that aint no big deal we can all meet at one campsite but the way it is set up it is one family per camp site so it will cost extra for freind to stay in the same website

it all depends. i'll be talking to them saturday also. Sure we can work out something. I've been camping there for years. They work with ya ,anyway it will be late in the season so they wont be full. I been pricing trophies and dash plaques also. (gotta have goodies to remember the rally...right?) Man i'm alredy stoked and it's a year away. I would hope to have a minimum of 8-10 XS'ers on the first annual? Brag and drag.???? well at least we'll be braggin.....lol more to follow.

i am sure we will have a good turn out and i am exitied about thee rally too maybe we should start a post in the norm part of the site about the rally and see how many people would be interested in the rally so we can get a idea of how many people will be attending

well the track was a wash. went to do some investigating ,but all the head hoonchos were not there. Said to check back in Feb. should have a schedule then? also no one at the camp grounds also closed for season...dang. Did see a flyer in the window that was addverticing 50 per cent off fri and sat rates last of sept and first week in oct. Hope that rings true next year also could be 30 for two nights of camping. Run down of mileage 30 to the trc 8 to the camp ground. 6 1/2 from track to motel same road as camp ,he wanted 50 a night to stay there...did not look like a 5 star place if you get my drift.So i then went to a few trophy places only to discover they did not want my money today either....Well if it wasn't for bad luck ....youknow the rest. Just to let everyone no i will be on it and will post when i have a more positive reply,

that all good and the website for the campsite has info for next summer and the track we will have to wait tell opening day 2006 to get info for them but i am sure any weekend will be good as long as it is a test and tune weekend

BRAG and DRAG

I have hosted two rallys The early you set a date The better . I have many xsive rally t shirt,s that I have been to . Last year I made the Indy and the suchas G.A. and of corse the one on 4 of July here in bainbridge last year.
I think you guys have a great thing going . There,s a lot more watching than you thing . last year rallys went from 13 to 30 and thats on the east not in the middel I just think this will grow a lot faster than you think , you buldit they will come

got the goodies takin care of. figure 1st 2nd 3rd place for the racing, long distance and best looking bike. everyone gets dash plaque and t-shirt. so get tuning guys. will post actual dates shortly after the new year.
