If you have no plans to use the NOS XS11 tensioner housing, I'd be interested in buying it.

Should be, the part # 91314-06020-00 indicates the length is 20MM.

If you look at the part # for the XS tensioner bolts, it's identical except for 25 instead of 20.

                Cool- same bolt.

Need to take the acct apart to reset spring or length of tension somehow before installing?

Yes, you'll need to remove the large 19mm bolt first before installing the tensioner. You can hold the tensioner on it's 2 flat sides between 2 wood blocks in a vise to do so. An impact gun would be best but a wrench should also work.

The 19mm bolt on mine was super tight. I installed my tensioner today. All went well but I had to use blue loctite on the bottom screw. Once the bolts were tight, the spring went in followed by the bolt. I could hear the zip tie sound as the 19mm bolt was tightened.Turned it 2 times over by hand and all was good to go. Took it for a test ride by my Moms house but they were doing construction on a bridge so ride was only 2 miles.

One thing that was a little confusing-does it matter how the tensioner sits?

I don't follow you, it can only be installed one way.

Ok maybe-the holes lined up.- I mean ratchet side left or right. Either way-the bike sounds the same.

The holes are offset so it can only be bolted up one way. In some cases, the holes don't line up perfectly and the bolts are difficult to start. In this case, I sometimes ream one or both the holes with a drill one step size up, a 17/64" or maybe even a 9/32"

The ratchet would be on the left side.

And why did you need Lok Tite on one of the bolts?

I needed blue loctite on the bottom bolt because it was a bit loose. The bolts went in no issue by hand. The ractchet was on the left side.
