  • "Shall We, Play... A... Game...?

Okay I just thought I would have a little fun, here.
I have several bits and pieces that I have collected for my Long Over Due XS build. Many of them, I know what and where they go. Some not so much.

I thought it might be fun to see if someone can ID the parts, the more the merrier. Sorry there are no prizes, cept-n-for bragging rights, maybe. I have a few that I am curious what they are, or if they are even XS related. There is one Easter Egg of sorts, it is for an XS but not factory.

Here ya go, Game Board ONE

This image is just for information, a question. There is a subtle difference between the two on the right, the wire Bails are different. I am assuming these two were for the Specials I can't imagine there being more than one version required. Can anyone expound on these?

A-2, first board looks like the egg! I'll need to look at the rest tonight, as I'm trying to get my XS to NOT leak gas from the tank/petcocks today.

I think A2 in the first picture is a bolt that holds a rotor on the wheel.

I think the "egg" is B1 in the second picture. This item looks like a homemade patch to put over the petcock holes when you are cleaning the gas tank.

I'll let other members identify the remaining parts.

Board 2, C4 are rear master cylinder push rods.
Board 1, D4 are countershaft washers as in the second gear washer move.
Board 1, C1 is the Standard headlight coarse vertical beam adjuster.

Board 1 A2, is one of the unknown parts for me, not even sure if this belongs with an XS. It is too big to be a rotor bolt, though.

Yes, I was just looking for stuff to powder coat one evening, All the Red is from that run.

I will take your word for the Counter Washers.

Board 1: I am not sure about C1 you could be correct, I have no clue about Board 2 C1 either. Board 2 C2 is the Headlight Bucket Brace, for the special, yes?

I don't recall for certain, I think they are part of the Airbox Assembly.
