Site was down for about 2 days, give or take. It does NOT happen that often, and with luck will not happen again.
Try to get OEM Yamaha front seals for the forks, and you can replace them yourself. It isn't that hard, and you could probably do it in one day, for about $35 total.
Flush the brakes first, then just clean the seals on the calipers. Biggest thing, clean the grove the seal goes in REALLY WELL. I took a small, flat blade screw driver and bent it so it will fit inside the grove flat, and use that to clean it. With fresh brake fluid, you may not need to replace anything in the MC's.

      Nice job Ray!

It was great reading about your experience at the Quail.

I think your gonna have to carry that silver / red stipe across your helmet.

Yeah, but the idea is the sell the bike, not keep it. I have another bike with a plan for it...(insert evil laugh) 150 RWHP... don't know if I can, but I WILL try....

Like.......looks good settin' there in the grass Ray. Should sell quickly for ya' IMO......besides, I smell that stashed turbo set-up(IIRC) in your near future.

I forgot that I had this picture.

I met Ray at the show last weekend. Long story but I was a judge (not for his bike group).
His work was noticed. As he said, it is hard to compete with Barn Finds having few K miles and those bikes professionally restored ($K's).

I just saw a youtube video showing some of the winners. Some pretty stuff.

                Thanks for posting the picture!!
I found a LOT of the running problem with the bike today, all carbs....
I float had a hairline crack, and had fuel in it, and two of the carbs had sticking needles, so I don't think the fuel was shutting off to 3&4......
Oh well, should know in the morning how it runs this time, and if it will keep running properly.

Beautiful work, Ray. Awesome looking bike. If it runs as good as it looks, it's going to surprise a lot of people.

Well, I ordered four new needle/seat sets today. I had cleaned the carbs VERY WELL with the ultrasonic cleaner, but the carbs leaked!!! I hope next weekend I will be able to ride the bike with no problems. My other problem is the paint... I HATE the S@!$ we have in California!!!!! WHY Can't i get good paint!!
