      Hi Ian,
that's one turned brass thing, one turned and cross-bored brass thing, a brazed assembly and 4 o-rings to install, it's quite a complicated
little part with far too small a job run for the economies of full automation.
Add the 200% markup the e-seller puts on what they paid the Asiatic mfrs for the bulk purchase.
And the warehousing and putting them in little plastic bags.
Mind you, $20 postage is a bit rough for something that'll fit in a small bubble envelope.

Well I'm out here right now.... And the rubber must have swelled enough to stop the leak totally....

Petcocks on prime, and moving the tee back and forth isn't producing a single drop...

And I just finished syncing, colortuning, and reassembling her.

Going out on an evening run with a buddy of mine.

I'm happy to report I did 53 miles tonight. A mix of highway and city.

It performed flawlessly aside from the cruising stumble I get at lower rpm while in a high gear, but not that big of a deal to me right now.

              Woo!

Thank you everyone for following the thread and your insights as I went through this headache!
The next project I do will follow the same kind of flow. I'll video tape n such.
