Do you have a printable patter for the rotors? How many holes?

Cheers. Yeah, the tank and frame are bare metal which will be clear coated satin to retain that raw finish.

I don't have a pattern for the front rotors and I honestly don't know how many holes there are but it's still easy enough to pull one off and photo copy one to get a pattern. I'll keep that in mind when I blow this thing apart again for the final build.

Having alot of fun with this thing. Had old cars forever and this is my first bike. They take up alot less space! and less rust to deal with Thinking about getting another soon for a wilder build.

Not sure if this will suit you but

I used the printable patterns on my discs and doubled the pattern by rotating it. Just have to make sure you print them in the right size.

I think the hole count on each disc rotor was 84.

Yeah, don't really like that pattern though.

Hi Nathan, whatever pattern you end up choosing, when you drill your discs keep in mind the hints in the attached quote from the drilled disc rotor link:

"There have been reports from times past [& personal experience] that patterns in rotors --- of what ever type (holes/slots/mixtures/&c.) are best not repeated exactly. By repeating patterns perfectly one has an OUTSIDE chance of setting up unwanted harmonics under certain conditions. It's best to vary the smaller groups by a few degrees. The eye will never see 3 or 4 degrees of variance. Don't worry about differential balance. Not enuf to matter besides, it's in close [minimal rotational inertia]. Yer tire is out more than that. I've done several sets in the past and after I learned the trick never had another problem. If you ever see an XS 750 w/ a swirl "bubble" pattern it's pbly mine. [Swrilled & increasing in hole diameter] Also, one of our Canuck Bros. has a set of rotors that have 210 holes per disc --- if I rmbr the count.
                    TKAT "
