    Last ones?!?!

If you aren't going to make any more runs can you supply the blue prints so we can make them if we have the capacity?

      prints

there are no prints. just my notes and the 32 megabite memory of my Hurco hand programmable 3-axis CNC. You have to machine 4 different jigs and have a special offset grinder attachment for your lathe.
I am starting the teardown to an empty Vmax Case and middle drive gears on top of other projects I have goin' on.

        machining

That's the beautiful part about only being an amateur machinist, but working closely with a large group of professional machinists and tool and die makers.

VERY cool tank. Hardly wait to see the finished product.

                Shocks

Hey Scap, that is going to be wild. Did you end up getting the KZ1000 shocks?
If you plan to put on the Vegas seat as well, you need to drop the 2 seat backbones down about 2" before the upper shock bolt area......Looks cool.....

                      Carbon Fiber

Got around to getting some carbon fiber work done. I took a cracked Hayabusa front fender and chopped it up to get a cleaner look, then laid carbon fiber. The rear 1-piece cowl was done the same way. Only one layer and the structure is Much stiffer and I like the look of it....
                      Took with the camera.....

Do the XJ tank or not?

Is it too late to get a chain drive conversion kit for an XS850? I'm interested in one for a project.....

                        Thx Brad

Definitely! I love the way the lines )both top and bottom) flow with the shape of the frame, and curve around the motor. However, you gotta do something better with that chain guard - it's just way too angular to fit in with the rest of the bike. Maybe something like this??

                            Absolutely

Keep that tank. The whole bike is dead cool. Chop, you are a madman!
