    spacers

the spacers can be made from 1 or 2 of the angular contact bearings from the old housing itself...Or I will custom make one for someone's setup. Not a problem...the I.D. would be 30mm IIRC....

      spacer i.d.

29.8 to be exact on I.D. You will be able to adjust left or right by about 20mm. This will allow for a number of diff swingarms, Hayabusa, R1, Some Newer CBRs. The key again is the pivot axle diameter mainly and then rear sprocket to CL. I researched The triumph swingarm for weeks before deciding to go with it. The VFR 800 S/A was a go as well but the triumph went too cheap to pass up and it's dimensions are almost identical to the xs11's.....

          awesome

Fat is In! ONE question. IF you run a chain from your rear sprocket to the front, will it not interfere with the lower frame tube. If not then, then my spacer would work. HOW WIDE is your REAR TIRE and what's the rear sprocket to CL?

I dont know about the chain/frame clearance right now, I dont even have one yet. The tire is a metzler me880 200/60/16. My inner edge rear sprocket to c/l is 4.4375" or 112.713mm. Although I may have to push it out a little to get some chain/ tire clearance. Have to wait and get a chain first.

what size rear sprocket do you have? right now I have a 13 tooth front and a 48 tooth rear. How is that goona ride? I dont know about ratios and all that but I think that it will cruise at speeds with lower? rpms. i really dont know though.

                clearance.

when you get your chain and if it doesn't clear that tube you may have to do what I did. it really isn't that difficult. you could even cut it out with the motor still in the frame. I have a 190 stock tire on the triumph and had to do this....also your smaller swingarm pivot area may help you out on your chain clearance too.....chop

                  wow

are you gonna drag race that thing? 48 rear / 13 front is too low... for hiway. you will be sick fast off the line. I am going to put the 14t on front and have a stock triumph 43t and have the 13t also for around town....

When I take it to the track I guess. I didnt know what size to get at the time I bought the rear. What size rear should I look for highway?

                    • The wheel I am using has the 5 bolt hole pattern, which a lot of harleys use. I have looked on the bay and they dont get any smaller than 48 tooth. Do you think a 14 tooth front would help?

                      • Would a 44 tooth rear improve things, I think I found one on Sprocket specialist?

                        • ratio

to get closer to the stock xs11's ratio. you would need to use the front 14t with your 48t rear and you will still have a lower ratio, but close to 3.3
