Yesterday, before noon, I ordered tires from Rocky Mountain ATV. The tracking info says I'll have them tomorrow! I couldn't find the tires cheaper and the shipping is free. I'm a repeat customer, and for good reason.

That's ironic....I ordered tires for my STeed from Keel Bros........in Atlanta and got them at my door 2 1/2 days later. Maybe need to swap living locations......

I've used them and they're very good. Rocky Mountain ATV beats them on price, at least on tires. Yep, I care about that. In my book, two days and free is great.

+2, I was AMAZED!! Ordered the tire from MS on Thursday morning, it showed up Friday afternoon. I figured it was a glitch in the calculator or something, cheapest price, free shipping, and i arrives next day. Winner winner chicken dinner!! Seems every once in a while Steve's quote is wrong, Cheap, Quality, and Fast all at the same time.

I just went to Rocky Mountain and the prices at the same as Motorcycle Superstore. A great option.

                Greg,

For me, it came down to this. It's easier to find what I want at RMATV. The Superstore website makes me work for it. I do shop there, and I have never had anything but good experiences there.

As I said, it is a good option Marty. I may use them in the future.

I found it no more difficult to find what I was looking for on MS than RM.
Maybe because I'm used to it. Been using MS for years.

                    Plan ahead

I get my tires from the local bike shop because my wife gets a real good discount there.
I don't much care how long it takes to bring them in because I buy them in midwinter.

I want to buy from the local bike shop. I tried. My tires are on the shelf. I'm willing to pay extra, just to do business there. $50 to $75 extra is a lot more than I'm willing to help them out.

Cycle Gear here in town will match any online price, But I hate waiting. Since I've started buying my tires online (Bike Bandit), I love the real short delivery time. I think the longest I had to wait was 3 days and that was due to the 4th of July.
Next time I ready to buy, I'm gonna check out RMATV. Thanks Marty. (and MS Superstore too)
The SG is gonna need a new rear before XS SE. Might as well get a new rear for the G too. (even though he's not going anywhere right now)

                            Hi Tod,
and I thought I had a dirty mind.
OK then, before you get too excited or catch pneumonia in the cold shower I'll spell it out for you.
My local bike shop is part of a conglomerate of Saskatchewan-based vehicle sales and service operations.
My wife works in the head office finance department.
Every employee gets a discount at any of their establishments.
Which is why I can afford to shop local for bike tires, why we bought a Hyundai instead of another GM vehicle when the Buick died and why our younger son is trying to save up the discount price of a Ducati.

American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) gives you a code for 10% off Bike Bandit, but those usually don't apply towards tires. You might check.
