  • Who do you like?

I'm hoping to see this posted as a poll with anonymous results. I believe your vote is YOUR choice, but I'm curious as to which way the group leans. I've never posted a poll before, so if this doesn't work, the question I'm trying to ask is "How are you voting in the upcoming election?" with the choices for the poll being:

    1.Barak Obama
    2.John McCain
    3.Independent
4.Not voting/don't like any of them.
    91
    Barak Obama
    32.97%
    30
    John McCain
    45.05%
    41
    Independent
    7.69%
    7
Not voting/don't like any of them
    14.29%
    13

    The poll is expired.

You think taxes are high now.It scares me to think about what Obama will do.Hes already talking about the programs he wants to fund. Not to mention what he'll do to foreign relations, telling the world who he wants to kill.

I'm gonna write in, Prom!!!! He's for equal rights, he hates everyone equally His budget plan, don't need no stinken budget plan, if ya can't pay, don't play. Foreign aid, let em fend for themselves. Greenhouse gases, ban the sale of hardboiled eggs in bars. Iraq/Afganistan war, pull the troops out and turn em both into a gravel pit. Foreign oil, cut off the supply of U.S. goods, when they run outa food and cars, they can swill some of there own crude oil with a dash of sand.

I'm not terribly enamored with either candidate, I think I will likely vote for McCain, The whole socialized medicine, gun control thing kind scares me, which leaves out Baraka. I am by and large dissapointed with my choices, I believe when the dust settles, we will have a Mr. Obama as our next President. Just my own facist Right wing thoughts. have a nice day and ride safe

i tried to explain to my brother in law who is from holland that the reason bush was elected is because he was the lessor of two evils...

i watched the last debate and i think mccain did pretty well.

i just love how all the "polls" that the media reports are showing obama in favor... they never polled me???? or anyone in my family.

i just think the democrats are more vocal and louder so they do all the polls for the media. i don't see my 80 yo grandmother polling.... however she will be voting for mccain... i bet there are tons of older people who are not interested in polling so it looks like mccain is behind. i think it said around 38% or so??? maybe the polls are like american idol where you can vote 10 times or some crap like that??? anyway i vote anakin/kenobi. dictators rule... oh wait.. i mean... uummm go navy...

They're both idiots. Once again it dosen't matter to me which one wins.
I would vote for "Joe the Plumber"

Synopsis of the third presidential debate:

                    Obama lied about McCain.

                    McCain lied about Obama.

They expected us to believe it.

                    I had to pee.

Webbcraft, I wouldn't say that I hate everybody... most people I only despise.

Oh so much to say... so much to write..., but I'll make it short.
                      To sum up things simply...
I would never vote for someone that wants to be president.
For those that can't grasp that concept, I'll write it again.
I would never vote for someone that "WANTS TO BE PRESIDENT"
                      Y'all 'member ol' Ross Perot?
He didn't want to be president, but he realized that this country needed direction, needed a president, and all the other candidates were sub-par.
He, I would have voted for.

The current puppets performing nightly for us... you gotta be kidding!
                      What's the difference between them?
                      They're both the same.
                      Zulu as Kono.
                      I mean, why bother?
(Yeah, smart guys, figger out that reference)(or was it "Kono as Zulu"?)

Hey, both these boobs have been in govt. for a while. What great things have they achieved in that time?
What great things have their "parties" done for us?
This party bails out the banks (boo hiss)... because the other party forced legislation on those banks to sell mortgages to minorities and low income earners who can't repay their loans. (boo hiss)

Lorax... you may speak for the trees, but the willows are weeping.
Why would you vote for someone that doesn't have your full confidence?

"Oh Prom... if you don't vote, then you've got no right to complain about it later."

I'll complain about it now then.
You give me someone worth voting for... then I'll vote.

Hmph. I'm too busy clinging to my guns and my religion to spare any time for master debaters.

Webb, I think you've hit the ticket. Seeing as how Prom doesn't want the job he's got my vote!

                        Regards,

Ross Perot is the direct reason we got Bill Clinton as president

But I should have voted for Perot too instead of Bush Sr.!

                            They Came From Where????

Right now Congress has an approval rating in the mid to upper teens percentage wise. Both of the Senators running for president come from where....... Congress. If they aren't doing a good job now, why shouuld we expect anything to improve? As much as GW gets ripped on he still has a higher approval rating than Congress does. Why is this country unable or unwilling to find better leadership?
