I think this thread can go a lot deeper.

I think the focus on the word Hitler might be the problem. The actual context of the comments was based on threat level.
The threat level of Hitler to the U.S. was actually quite small in comparison to Islamic Fundys. While the threat is different and has different weapons its much deeper than the brutal assault posed by the crazy assed germans of the 30's.

My ruling stands.

It's not my contention, it's fact. Ron Paul does NOT believe any of that stuff.

Ron Paul flatly denied any kind of 9/11 conspiracy on the Glen Beck show and elsewhere. He called the ideas "preposterous" or somesuch. You can find the video on YouTube.

It ticked off some conspiratorial Ron Paul supporters, but thankfully they are a minority.

Dear fellow Xsives,

Several weeks ago, another member(Pggg) was involved in some very volatile behavior and after much debate by the MODS, action was taken to restore proper decorum to the FORUMs.

Recently with this thread another member has regrettably acted in a similar fashion. Below are the quoted remarks that were captured by a MOD, and posted in our ADMIN forum for review.

This Web site and these Forums were established with the previously adhered to mailing list guidelines, and they are still listed in the General Info section....albeit worded differently for use in a MAILING LIST, not an open forum, but they still apply!!!

Before, the previous incident was "handled" out of sight, and his username/title was editted to NOT reflect the action that was taken. But with repeated infractions by others, it is felt that publicly revealing the action(s) taken will now be used to set an example for the membership that posting on this site is a PRIVILEGE, and comes with responsibilities. But if a person does not adhere to the proper posting protocal, then they can expect to receive the consequences of their actions, no matter if they are a NEWBIE or a GURU!

I apologize for the poor behaviour of a few and hope that the rest will understand and appreciate what has been said and done to stabilize things.
