Scoobes, a few people in the streets
          "Nice GSX you've got there"
"The good old GSX11 eh, how's she run?"
"That your old GSX is it?"
"I've always liked these GSX1100's, ain't seen one in a while"

          And
"What the hell is that bloody thing?"
And from a stern looking inspector at the Vehicle Testing Station - "Hey, when were these alterations done?"

JW, that rear tail setup on your eleven looks trick, what's that tail-light?

Hijacking this thread Of course this rear end needs tweaking the silvery CB900 end has gotta be painted black and the XL185 tail-light brought in underneath and the square edged plastic cut off.

Pggg, that was what was on the bike when I got it. Originally, it looked like this:

I took off the Harleyish eagle (which had Yamaha Motor Cycles in it in the Harley pattern) before that pic. After putting on the simple grab rail from my parts bike, I liked it so much I ended up leaving it on there:

It sure gives it a mean look. I love it. Both use the same taillight setup. It's nearly the same as the one on my 400. The taillight appears to be factory, but I've been told the sissy bar was aftermarket from Yamaha USA.

Looking at these pics just shows me how much I still have to do. Still need to polish the spare engine (and install it), then put on the spagetti pipes. I have a set of jardine turnout mufflers that I'm going to have mated to the Jardine spagetti pipes. I drool thinking about how good that's going to look.

                    I really need a garage....

What are you going to do with the original pipes? I guess you know why I ask.

Here is the Half-Breed. I will try to get a good shot of the ghost flames on the tank. I am also gonna do somthing with the headers and pipes this winter....not sure what yet!

By the way, this shot was taken at the Vintage Jap Bike Rally at TWO in Suches, GA this weekend! (Wes.. Wish you could have ridden down with John and I...NEXT YEAR!!)

Hobby...I imagine I'll be selling them. They're in useable condition, but cosmetically they need a lot of help. Will give you first dibs, if you want. Can't say when I'll be tearing it apart though. So much to do, so little time....

I really wanted to Jim. Looks like it was a great time. I will do everything I can to be able to next year, for sure. Hopefully we can get some riding in before then, too.

This year didn't work too well for me in making more time for riding. I plan to change that next year!
