Is this to make up for the Talimena run ya stiffed me on guys???

      hahaha just kiddin.......

If anyone wants to hide at my house, it isn't big but it is kinda quiet. I will even set up an 18X12 tent for someone if you'd like.

This house isn't nearly as nice as my last one but... costs are higher here.

Dragon: my couch would be a tad short for you.

If anyone needs help setting up anything reservations etc .... let me know.

"HobbyMan Is there a place to pitch a tent?"

sure ....... I could just move my van and you could have a spot beside my house if you wanted...

Course, there are some camping areas relatively close....... couple of RV parks too!!!

If my schedual comes out clean that week, I will most definitely be there. You are really close to the DFW area. (TEXAS terms anyway) I hope I can make it. I find everything more enjoyable when you pitch your own tent that night.

Is it really friday-Saturday? As opposed to Sat/Sun?
I've been in more than one Hemisphere, and I wrote a book to help you do it too (or just prepare better for that week long road trip). Going Small, not just for the little guys.

The spring ride is usually only a Saturday ride (I will be heading home Sat. afternoon/evening).

Those that want to can meet up with us on Friday night for dinner and then ride on Sat., or just catch up with us for breakfast and Sat. morn.

If you want to stay Sat. night and ride more on Sunday, then of course your welcome to.

I always try to keep the rides around 200 miles.
This one is about 184 miles long. Should take about 6.5 to 7 hours, thats counting a stop for lunch.

Kickstands up at 9am and plan to be back around 4 pm or so.

                          under 200

hmmmmm........ if we make a small detour we can get it up to almost exactly 200.....

                          look up killough monument though....

and if I aint mistaken it is like 7 miles from The Larissa House .... give or take 8 blocks....... thats how far it is from my house!

                          http://www.texasescapes.com/Ghosts/K...ral-Forces.htm

Now the good thing is even though this guy had a hard time finding it .... I know exactly where it is.

                          2 miles west on 175 /
rt on county road 3405 another 4.5 miles
lt on county road 3411 another maybe 1/2 mile
turn lt at the sign that says Killough Monument and I mean it's right there.

See I won't let you get lost..... and that'll put us right at 200 almost perfect!

sounds like a right after breakfast run!!! unless ya'll are brave enough and wanna make it a midnight run Friday night with me.....

                          I aint skeered..........
