Just looked at my boss's Buell, his rear tire says Steel Radial; I don't think those go flat. Didn't get the name, but I bet it says "Brent Special."

Glad you finally made it home.

Thanks. AND we arrived home hours ahead of Jetmech Marty and Kendall.

I think that radial MC tires will go flat.
Gary Granger had some pics of an impressive nail in through the tread and side wall. (I wonder if he was leaned over so far that he was actually riding on the side wall?)

I have heard of some tires for Police bikes with very stiff sidewalls that could be ridden with no air pressure. (Hard to install and expensive. ) Besides, where is the adventure, challenge, and excitement in riding on a tire that can not be flattened. Still, I have considered adding some self sealing green slime to my tires.I would like to post pics and post script, (when time, and ability are more plentiful.)

          Happy motoring,
          Brent in GA
PS I really LIKE my new back tire. Leeanne seems greatful to have it too. Such an experience makes you appreaciate the simple things in life.
It is a great big beautiful world out there
