  • Made It Back

Pete and Vicky made it back home by 3:30 296 miles @ 6.58 gallons for a total of 44.98 mpg since my mpg was a topic.
XS850 drive runs at 3600rpm, 70mph per my mech gauges.

Thanks Darrell for the effort for the event, Pandemic Breakout/Opening as best we could! Roads and routes were perfect, save one rock, hope we can keep pulling this together no mater what the obstacle.

    • Well done Darrel.
Great to see you guys went ahead and had an XSive event despite the obstacles of Covid-19.
Although I had not originally planned to attend I might have come if the border was open.
Let's hope for better conditions for Next year.

        • I can't believe it's over, almost seems like a dream. I do like how we all had a relatively short ride home. Even had time to mow the lawn.

          Now to some pics posted.

                            • Pete and Vicky's Bike

Photo centerpiece, purchased new in 78, just broke 41k, Krauser bags, Vetter fairing, Stainless brake lines, mostly LED lights, House of Colors paint
Mikuni oem float needles and petcock rebuild as the bike kept flooding last ride to Barre VT. Running perfect now.
                              Looking for stock mufflers set.

I use the Imgur ap to post pics per MartyA but I can't get them onto the Forum if anyone knows how to?
Imgur seems like a OK ap as it not to intrusive with notifications both on my phone and pc.

Waiting till next year, maybe see some border jumpers?
