I've added the route maps and download links to the gps files on a new page. Look for the "Maps and GPS Downloads" link from the main rally page.

I know it's a little early for a weather report, but so far it's looking good! I've got my bike all sorted, me thinks, and I'm getting psyched for the weekend. I'm looking forward to seeing most of the usual suspects.

Yes! We are almost ready also!

Many of the usual suspects have signed up, many seem to be ignoring us. Too bad, they will be missed.

I mentioned I extended the routes a little due to the smaller group I think we can manage getting through a few small towns, which I normally try to avoid. Same rest / stretch stop intervals.

Didn't get a chance to test the routes, should be OK. But you know WV, mostly fun roads but there are the marginal few roads that make you appreciate the mostly fun roads.

I have a couple of shorter contingency routes just in case someone curses us by mentioning weather....

Today is a good day for a ride!

I read bikes are ready motors running, correct psi, fresh oil, brakes that work (& without squealing), lights operational etc.

Weather looking to be mostly cooperative too.

                  Enjoy the Rally!

Leaving right after lunch today. See you people Friday night! The only squealing I hear is from the back seat

                        Earl,

You likely just depleted all the 'Sparkies'. Only get so many in there ya know.
Probably used up a lot of them over the years at XSSE with all the Revvin' and twisties.

If we had been thinking you should have strapped a Sparkie Catch Can near the engine guards and center stand to collect all those sparks you were generating in the curves. Seems that sure would be handy for you today. Hope it is an E-Z fix so you can do some riding this summer and fall.
