Yeah that parking lot with the fresh asphalt all soft and warmed from the sun...the MCL HWY wings stuck in the asphalt like a hot knife through butter..but then one Hwy wing held the entire 730+ Lb bike off the ground...

Hey I know I'm a little late to the party, but I'd like to attend the next XSEast, and given I'm in Quakertown, anything in NJ would be close enough I could ride there. Otherwise I'd have to trailer. So count me down as a vote for NJ.

We need to get moving on this. I'll assist but I don't know the area nor the roads. At the very least let's identify a hotel so we can have a destination.

I can't host this one, too much going on here this coming season. But I can help suggest roads. Also Ben used to live nearby, Earl and Ralph are fairly near so they may have suggestions also.

So can you suggest some roads?

From my Dingman's Ferry stay I recall Milford seemed kind of a quaint town.
I checked two motels in the area
Fairbridge Inn Express in Milford. The gentleman I spoke with had ESL indicated $60 a night, I'm not sure on the room count.
Gresham Motel up in Wilsonville. they got 21 rooms at $105 a night, 3 nights required.

Looks like a number of places for $65 if we're not picky.

With Randy bowing out, are we tied to this area or is this still open to discussion? I agree that it's time to start making firm arrangements.

                            Hi Mark,
We are still discussing. The NJ area is certainly leading other suggestions so far and is my favourite as I have not ridden in NJ.
As much as I like WV I would like to go somewhere else this year.

That Gresham Motel checks all the right boxes.
